The Jean Monnet Chair “The protection of human rights in the European Union” at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Naples “L’Orientale”, is part of the Jean Monnet European Integration in University. This refers to the study of the construction of the European Union and its institutional developments, legal, political, economic and social issues.
The Institute of International Legal Studies (ISGI) – Section of Naples, the scientific branch of the National Research Council, conducts research, training and consultancy in the field of International and European law, with special attention to the area of human rights. The aims are ambitious and articulate: to increase the knowledge of the law and of international and European organizations, contributing to their regulatory and institutional development.
The Italian Institute for the Future (IIF) aims at developing scenarios and predictions about the future and at promoting long-term sustainable policies for the future. The IIF is inspired by the tradition of futures studies centers spread in different countries of the world, with the goal of helping to build the best possible future. A genuine movement for the future must indicate, and possibly propose to adopt all means necessary to ensure that these visions are translated into reality.
