I'm Lithuanian, but currently I am in Italy for the European Voluntary Service (EVS). I have a graduate degree in Social Sciences at the University of Vilnius and I lived for some time in London. For me, human rights must be an integral part of life of all people and the EVS is giving me the opportunity to experience this every day. We need to recognize the value and dignity of all human beings: respect, fairness, justice and equality to create the kind of society we want to live.

Hola, I'm Sandra. I specialized in non-formal education with young people and I am expert in techniques and methodologies for social integration. I come from Galicia, a region in northern Spain that overlooks the ocean (a wonderful land) and my experience in the nonprofit sector is linked to social and community. Now I am doing in Italy the European Voluntary Service (EVS) and this experience is giving me the chance to compare different methods and approaches to the protection and promotion of human rights.
